These have to do with how a website is being navigated, the way it is being displayed (form and size), and so on.

The requirements have raised some questions given the fact that the generic top-level domain extension is the only one that specifies what devices need to be able to access a website and the way in which this must happen, breaking the so-called principles of device independence, according to which a website should be designed in such a way as to be opened by the majority of Internet browsers and devices, be they mobile or stationary.
